I’m in Awee how I learned this at such a young age! I feel like it’s the best kept secret in the world. It needs to be shouted from the rooftops. The Lord helped me do this throughout my life. Especially during my early 20’s. I wrote out my feelings and thoughts and asked the question, “Is it true?” And even if it was true, and I didn’t have to replace a lie with the truth-I took scripture, believed what it said, applied it not just occasionally but on the daily to see what it would be like to completely change my thought patterns and it was life-changing and future serving! I teach this and identity. Thank you so much for being faithful to deliver this to others! It is this work that made me want to become a life coach.✨

Wow! Wow! Wow! This summarizes what I have been working so hard on over the past 6 years. I can’t agree more: Slow and steady wins the race.

Learning to sit in the discomfort of doing what feels unnatural and uncomfortable is really hard AND the freedom it brings will be worth much more than you can ever dream or imagine. Thank you Dr Leaf for your encouragement
